Microcoleus vaginatus isolated from a desert algal crust of Shapotou was cultured in BG-11 medium containing 0.2 mol l−1 NaCl or 0.2 mol l−1 NaCl plus 100 mg l−1 sucrose, extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) or hot water-soluble polysaccharides (HWP), respectively. Photosynthetic oxygen evolution rates, photosystem II activity (Fv/Fm) and dark respiration of NaCl-stressed cells were enhanced significantly by the added sucrose or EPS under salt stress conditions (0.2 mol l−1 NaCl). Compared with cells treated with salt alone, sodium contents in cells reduced significantly; the content of cellular total carbohydrate did not change, and intracellular sucrose, water-soluble sugar increased significantly following the addition of exogenous carbohydrates. Sucrose synthase (SS) activity of NaCl-stressed cells increased following the addition of sucrose, and sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS) activity of NaCl-stressed cells increased following the addition of exogenous sucrose, EPS or HWP compared with cells stressed with NaCl only. The results suggested that the extruded EPS might be re-absorbed by cells of M. vaginatus as carbon source, they could increase salt tolerance of M. vaginatus through the changes of carbohydrate metabolism and the selective uptake of sodium ions.  相似文献

在温和的水热条件下分别制备出纯净的磷酸锆钠 [NaZr2 (PO4) 3 ]、磷酸锆钾 [KZr2 (PO4) 3 ]和磷酸锆铷 [RbZr2 (PO4) 3 ]。研究了原料配比、矿化剂 (氟离子 )、反应时间和温度等水热晶化条件对产物生成的影响。发现在较宽的温和水热条件下可以制得这三种磷酸锆盐 ;随着碱金属离子的增大 ,产物的生成条件越来越窄 ;最佳制备条件是 :F- ZrO2 =2、P2 O5 ZrO2 =3 (均为摩尔比 )、[ZrOCl2 ]=0 6mol L、反应温度 1 5 0℃、反应时间 2天。用水热法没有制备出同一系列磷酸锆盐中的磷酸锆锂 [LiZr2 (PO4) 3 ]和磷酸锆铯 [CsZr2 (PO4) 3 ]。采用XRD、SEM、IR、Raman和XPS等现代物化仪器对产物的结构与物相纯度进行了测定与表征  相似文献

The rate of the reversible homogeneous disproportionation of polysulfides was studied by following the optical absorbance of polysulfide solutions in a continuous plug flow reactor equipped with an on-line photometric detector. In order to avoid heterogeneous slow reactions involving sulfur colloids or precipitate, the reaction was initiated by an abrupt pH change from an undersaturated solution containing predominantly tetrasulfide species to a pH where pentasulfide is the dominant species. The disproportionation was found to follow first order reversible reaction dynamics. At environmentally relevant conditions the characteristic time of the disproportionation reaction is of the order of 10 s. This characteristic time implies that necessary conditions for speciation of the different polysulfide species by chromatography or another separation and subsequent quantification scheme should be of the order of 1 s.  相似文献

The paper presents monitoring results and environmental pollution assessment for the Gdask-Sopot-Gdynia Tricity (Poland), based onanalysis of precipitation. Precipitation samples were collected over a period of 12 months (January–December 1998) at ten locations in the Tricity. The following selected ions were determined in the samples:SO4 2–, F, Cl, NO3 ,PO4 3–, NH4 +, Na+,Mg2+, Ca2+, K+. The results were subjected to full statistical evaluation. Values of the parameters determined were correlated with each other. An attempt was made to explain co-occurrences of certain ions and the significance of their mutual effects. Pollutant concentrations and loads in precipitation were also correlated with data on wind direction and temperature in the region.Deposition of pollutants was very high in spring due to the prevailing air circulation patterns and low temperatures. Analysis of the correlations between co-occurring ions confirmed the significant impact of the location (sea coast) on the composition of rain water. Ionic ratios in rainwater were similar to those observed for sea salt samples. In addition, heavy traffic was most probably responsible for high concentrations of various forms of nitrogen and sulphates in the vicinity of major highways.  相似文献

污染物在矿物结构中的嵌入是固化、净化污染物的一种有前景的矿物学方法。焦磷酸根离子是工业废水中较难处理的工业磷污染源之一,研究新的除磷技术是水污染控制技术领域的重要课题之一。通过人工配制焦磷酸盐废水,初步研究镁一铝盐水解共沉淀法即时合成阴离子粘土去除焦磷酸根的效果、影响因素和焦磷酸根离子在阴离子粘土结构中的嵌入作用。研究结果表明,通过镁一铝盐水解共沉淀法即时合成阴离子粘土,焦磷酸根离子有效地嵌入阴离子粘土结构中,对焦磷酸根有非常好的去除效果。影响处理效果的主要因素是pH值和Mg/Al比值。pH值为9.0~10,Mg/Al比1:1~3:1时,都可以获得较好的去除效果。  相似文献

中国北方磷矿在华北、东北以岩浆岩型磷矿和海相沉积型磷矿为主 ,在西北则以海相沉积型磷矿为主。海相沉积型磷块岩矿床主要形成于早寒武世 ,受南面和西面海水侵入影响最大、侵入距离最近的已知含磷地区可作为磷块岩矿床重点研究靶区 ;岩浆岩型磷灰石矿床所赋存的岩体类型比较多 ,但矿床规模较大 ,品位较高 ,具有较大的找矿潜力的磷灰石矿床产于超基性碱性碳酸岩杂岩体中 ,这类杂岩体在我国北方有一定的分布 ,对其做详细工作 ,可望找到规模大、品位高的磷灰石矿床  相似文献

 Acid mine drainage (AMD) occurs when sulfide minerals are exposed to an oxidizing environment. Most of the methods for preventing AMD are either short-term or high cost solutions. Coating with iron phosphate is a new technology for the abatement of AMD. It involves treating the sulfide with a coating solution composed of H2O2, KH2PO4, and sodium acetate as a buffer agent. The H2O2 oxidizes the sulfide surface and produces Fe3+ so that iron phosphate precipitates as a coating on the sulfide surface. Experiments performed under laboratory conditions prove that an iron phosphate coating can be established on pyrrhotite surfaces with optimal concentrations of the coating solution in the range of: 0.2M/0.01M H2O2, 0.2M KH2PO4, and 0.2M sodium acetate NaAc, depending on the experimental scale. Iron phosphate coating may be a long-term solution to the problem of AMD. The method would be easy to implement; the reagent cost, however, is not low enough, although it is lower than the conventional treatment with lime.
